My approach is centered around providing a safe and compassionate space for my patients, while working together to challenge unhelpful thoughts, habits, and/or painful experiences while accepting true emotions.

Therapy online or in-person
I use a combination of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral approaches, along with eclectic techniques that I have found to be effective in exploring the deeper meanings in life.
Individual and couples’ sessions are available by appointment in the telehealth space online, or in person at my private practice in Montclair, New Jersey.
